Burrata

Burratasalat er egentlig laget på den italienske osten burrata, men det fungerer med mozzarella også. Dette er en kjempefavoritt i min familie og noe vi alltid lager ved siden av grillmaten.

Tid: 25 minutter

For 2 personer:

1 mozzarella

Så mange tomater dere ønsker, er de store, skjær dem i mindre biter.

Ha over alle tomatene i en ildfast form.

IMG_1737Ha over olivenolje og salt og pepper, bak i ovnen på 180 grader i 20 minutter.

La tomatene avkjøles litt før du river over mozzarellaen og serverer. Bryt gjerne over litt brød også, eller gjør som her, dip det ved siden av.

Burrata salad is originally made with the Italian cheese burrata, however you can use mozzarella as well. This is one of my family’s favorite and we always have this at our barbecues.

Time: 25 minutes

For 2 people:

1 mozzarella

As many tomatoes as you like, if they are big just cut them in to smaller pieces

Add all the tomatoes to a ovenproof dish.

IMG_1737Add olive oil, salt and pepper and bake in oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.

Set the tomatoes to cool  before ripping the mozzarella over and serve. You can also rip some bread over, or just serve it on the side for dipping as we do. DSC02460
